The Palmyra Water Utility serves both residential and commercial customers in the Village through groundwater sources and distribution system. Daily system operations and maintenance is performed by the DPW, as well as annual maintenance such as flushing hydrants and water mains and operation and maintenance of main valves.
The Palmyra Water Utility operates under the guidelines and regulations of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Wisconsin Public Service Commission.
A link to the most current Consumer Confidence Report for the Utility is found below. This document is an essential tool for consumers to quickly access results to the most up to date testing that is required of the Utility.
Billing for water usage is done on a quarterly basis coinciding with sewer billing in March, June, September and December.
