You can pay your taxes by mail, we accept postmarks of Dec. 31st.  We also have a drop box next to our main office door on Taft St.  Make all checks payable to the Village of Palmyra. If your mortgage company made the check out to you please endorse it before sending it to us.  There will NOT be any tax refunds under $10.00, there will be no in person tax refunds as our Village Board must approve these, wait time is approx. 2-3 weeks.  If you are paying in cash, please have exact amount.

If you would like to discuss your property assessment with the Village's Assessor call 1-800-721-4157 and make an appointment for Open Book which will be held in the Spring of 2022.  Date has not been set yet. Thank you
