2024 Pet Licenses are availble.  All dogs/cats are required per Village ordinance to have a current rabies vaccination on file and be licensed in the Village of Palmyra.  Jefferson County Rabies Clinic   Rabies Clinic Offered at a discounted rate.  

Licenses are available at the Village Hall during regular business hours.
